15.Product Delivery Policy

1.Product delivery to customers is carried out via a courier on behalf of the company (home delivery), within the delivery timeframe promised at the time of sale (3–5 business days, excluding Friday and Saturday).

2. The shipping fee amount will appear at the end of the order process, under the items selected by the customer for purchase, and will be charged at the time of placing the order. In the case of an installment transaction, the shipping fee may be charged as part of the first payment.

3. The company undertakes to pack and dispatch orders within 3 business days to the requested destination (except for custom-made items, which require a preparation time of 7–14 business days from the date the order is placed).

4. Delivery times – major cities: up to 3 business days. Eilat / moshavim / kibbutzim / settlements: up to 7 business days.

5. If the delivery address is located in areas not serviced by courier delivery, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.

6. The company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by various shipping and delivery companies.

7. Deliveries throughout the entire country.

8. The delivery times specified above do not apply to out-of-stock items or custom-made products.

9. The order will be delivered after the purchase process has been completed, provided that the order was received within the transaction timeframe as defined on the product page, that the customer holds a valid credit card that can be charged and cleared in Israel, and that the credit card company that issued it has approved the transaction.
